Azuri’s unique and affordable pay-as-you-go solar home power systems are helping to address challenges around energy access, carbon emissions and sustainable development in Africa. Since 2012, the company has sold over 150,000 home systems, with operations in Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia and Uganda.
Azuri recently announced a $26M equity investment, led by Japanese trading conglomerate Marubeni to finance the next stage of the company’s growth.
